Lauren and Andrew pictured their wedding day spent with their closest friends and family at a place where it all began!.. And that was exactly how their day went! We arrived to Lauren's sister's house with candles lit, music playing in the kitchen, fresh flowers on the table, and family relaxed as Lauren was getting ready in the bedroom. Lauren's mom and sister helped zip her up, place her shoes on her feet, and slide the veil in her curls. It was perfect!
Andrew was waiting for her in the backyard as Lauren walked up behind him. He turned around and hugged her neck, so excited for their day! We all headed to Smith Hall (the oldest museum in Alabama and home of the giant dinosaur fossil hanging across the ceiling!) The ceremony was small and special as their friends beamed with smiles when they were pronounced husband and wife!
Cocktail hour started as the guests went upstairs to enjoy more of the museum while the crew flipped the downstairs into the reception! The band played, glow sticks were passed out, and Lauren's sorority sisters circled around her and showered her with their song. Finally it was time to head out as everyone grabbed shakers and cheered "Yea Alabama!" while Lauren and Andrew exited for their honeymoon!
It was a great wedding day, the perfect size, and the warmest family! Thank you for sharing it with us, Lauren and Andrew!
