This wedding was one of our favorites this year! From the scenic property, details that fit Kara & CJ's outdoorsy personality, Kara's Chaco's wedding shoes, CJ's Yeti Cooler cake and so much more! 

We arrived to Mountain View Farms on a gorgeous October wedding day! There was the perfect breeze after a week of hot Alabama weather. It officially felt like fall. Kara and the girls got ready in the cottage while CJ and the guys watched football.

Moments before the first look, excitement and nerves took over. I told Kara, as soon as she saw him she would instantly feel better! And I was right.. As soon as she saw him, tears filled her eyes and she was at ease again. It's their wedding day, the day she will marry her best friend!

After portraits of them and the wedding party, we all headed for the ceremony! I loved how they incorporated their love for wildlife into their details for the ceremony and reception! It was a beautiful ceremony sealed with pronouncing them "husband and wife"! Then it was time to dance the night away. We also saw a beautiful firework show, just for them!

We wrapped up the evening as we cheered with Auburn shakers as they headed to their truck to leave! Then they were off to Ireland for the honeymoon!

We loved celebrating you, Kara and CJ! We wish you many, many happy years!!
